Identical copy of basic codepen, but does not work

I have tried everything I possibly can to get react working. It still refuses, I even tried copying a working codepen into the codepen I created, copying all of the settings, it still refuses to work. I have no idea where to go from here.

This is the working codepen I copied, it is a very basic react app:

As I mentioned, I copied all of the settings, exactly as I saw them in the simple example, yet my codepen refuses to work. This is the link to the codepen:

Found the problem . . . . . BABEL. Setting you see in the middle above, on the top one, it has
"Babel", on the bottom it was “JS”
