I spend a lot of time watching sites made by professional teams. I look at animations and I try to remake that, but sometimes I don’t know how to do it.
Do you have this problem? How do you solve it?

I never had problems with CSS animations, only with JS.
Ty for reply @pedrobslisboa . There are no issues, I’m just trying to remake some effects, but sometimes I don’t know from where I have to start. Like in this example on the image hover effect.
