Challenge: Step 6

am not getting it
pls i need help

The task gave you an example, you dont have to write that <ul>

task starts like this:

<main>
<h2>Cat Photos</h2>
<!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos -->
<p>Click here to view more cat photos.</p>
</main>

and you want to give a 2 space by clicking SPACE twice for all the <main> element children which means everything inside it
like this:

<main>
    <h2>Cat Photos</h2>
    <!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos -->
    <p>Click here to view more cat photos.</p>
</main>

am still not getting it

DELETE this first step

Then you will see this:

   <main>
   <h2>Cat Photos</h2>
        <!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos -->
   <p>Click here to view more cat photos.</p>
   </main>

Now You want to make it look like this :

Mod Edit: NO SOLUTIONS
By Clicking space 3 times before your <h2>
then delete one empty space before our comment <!--
then clicking space 3 times again before your <p>

NOTE : all that is done automatically when your working with vs code editor so dont worry this step is only explaining why theres spaces its not that important

It is great that you solved the challenge, but instead of posting your full working solution, it is best to stay focused on answering the original poster’s question(s) and help guide them with hints and suggestions to solve their own issues with the challenge.

We are trying to cut back on the number of spoiler solutions found on the forum and instead focus on helping other campers with their questions and definitely not posting full working solutions.

I always try my best to not just give the solution but guide them to it. but when i opened the challenge i couldn’t see any restart step (maybe cause iv done that a while ago)
and he seemed over confused about something that isnt really important. even if code editor didnt do this step automatically i can just tap ALT+SHIFT+F and there we go

No solutions… Thems the rules.
