Is there an active Discord channel or something similar that provides help?

I have not been able to get any help for last three forum posts I have posted. Is there a more active support platform for freeCodeCamp?

there is the official discord server

consider that this was a slow time, with the holydays
and the forum is best suited for complex issues as on discord long discussions are easily lost or can easily overwhelm everything else
