Issue #1 :
When I put position: fixed on the #navbar, I can’t click the links or even scroll down on the #navbar.
Issue #2:
I can’t pass User Stories #4, #12, and #13.
What is wrong with my code?

Make sure you click on the red button below the “Run Tests” button and read the entire error message for each one that is not passing. It pretty much tells you exactly what is wrong.
