Jquery does not work on my computer - help!

im having trouble to run jquery from my pc (VScode), i cant put the animatios to work, can someone help me please =)

Neither works in codepen =(

You need animate.css for those animations to work. IIRC, codepen has a quick-add option for animate.css.
