That opening form tag with with the method and action attributes goes before the sections. And you only need one opening form tag.

You have created two form elements. You only needed one form opening and closing element.

Suggestion: Reset the step Place only the two opening and closing form elements nesting the section elements.

Try setting the method to “post”, and only enter the action attribute with the link information value.

No other changes should be necessary.
