Learn Accessibility by Building a Quiz - Step 21

It says ’ Hint

You should give the first input a placeholder attribute.’ and i just don’t understand. If i give it a placeholder, what should it say?

The original task was: Step 21

Keeping in mind best-practices for form inputs, give each input an appropriate type and name attribute. Then, give the first input a placeholder attribute.

Challenge: Learn Accessibility by Building a Quiz - Step 21

Link to the challenge:

What do you think it should be? What do you see for placeholder text on a name? I sometimes see “name” or “name…” or “Please enter a name…”. Sometimes I see it with an example, “Enter a name, e.g., John Doe” or just and example “John Doe”.

I don’t think the test cares. It just looks if you have a placeholder, the test doesn’t care what it is. There are too many possible good answers to properly test.
