I keep getting this error. i’ve tried the answers i saw previously before mine and i keep getting this same error.----You should give the ul a flex-wrap of wrap .
i even updated my chrome below is the code i am using

align-items: center;

try taking off the display flex and just leaving the flex-wrap element.

Thanks but i just did and its still the same result

Try adding this below your code and take off display: flex add flex=wrap: wrap; to the nav > ul
ul {
flex-wrap: wrap;
}

nav > ul {
display: flex;
justify-content: space-evenly;
flex-wrap: wrap;
align-items: center;
padding-inline-start: 0;
margin-block: 0;
height: 100%;
}

this is the solution. thanks alot. had to add the flex-wrap:wrap; immediately after the justify-content
