You misinterpreted the instructions, Yes, the map method takes a callback function but you do not need it at the mooment.

the value of array.map().

According to the above instructions, you are supposed to use the value property. Here is a link if you are unfamiliar with the property.

Check the value variable, you should use the value property the same way they did. You also do not need to pass that variable to the method, use the method as provided in the instructions.
