Learning to describe problems is hard, but it is an important part of learning how to code.

Also, the more you say, the more we can help!

Am I supposed lo use the element in h1 camper cafe or only h1 and center

Follow the template given in the exercise:

element {
 property: value;
}

In this case you know that the element is h1
and the property is text-align
and the value is center

So write a css rule to match the template but use h1/text-align/center
