I can not comment
In your style sheet, comment out the line containing the background-color property and value, so you can see the effect of only styling div element. This will make the background white again.

You should add whatever you wanna comment inside the /* */.
Something like this:

body {
  /* width: 100%; */
}

In the example above, the width property has gotten commented and is left out when rendering.
