Learn Basic CSS by Building a Cafe Menu - Step 22

Tell us what’s happening:

Hello,
I’m stuck at step 22 - Add a comment in CSS. I used: /* background-color: burlywood; */

I saw an old topic on the forum and all extensions are deactivated, no dark mode, tried different browsers, …
And I still get “Your body should have a white background.”

Does anyone know how to help me get unstuck ? Thank you!

If you want to comment out a bit of code, you need to put the /* and */ around the code itself, rather than adding a comment after the code. Commenting out code is a really useful tool (especially for debugging). Essentially, you turn the code into a comment so that it is ignored and not executed.
