For step 23 I wrote exactly the same but I always receive error message and the hint says : your body should have a white background.
Ps: the background is white already

i dont know what can i do at this point

I have copied and pasted your code, and it passes the challenge for me. Make sure you dont have an extensions like dark mode on as they can cause challenges to fail. Also you can try using a different browser
