Hi,
When you style an element using the class you always add a . (dot) before the class name. for example, if we have a class named text, in your styles.css it becomes .text.
and the text-align should have a value as well. is it to the left or right or center? Review that and also look at the other parts of your styles.css file to see how the styles are added. Hope this helps.
