CSS Cafe Menu - Step 37

This tells me I’m wrong because I should use the .item p selector, I’m confused because is this not what I’m already doing?

I think I know what happened. You have a property outside of a CSS selector thus causing things to not work right.

Once you remove the following:

  margin-right: auto;

it should pass.

I removed the
margin-right: auto;

but it’s still telling me I need to use the .item p selector

You missed the semicolon at the end (;)

Also, don’t change other code. Reset and try again.

this selector is missng the closing }, if you don’t close a selector things immediately after it will be considered wrong and invalid CSS
