I’ve tried everything I can think of to correct the anchor link in the footer and nothing is working.

The hint says: Your new a element should have the text Visit our website .

I thought I did have that set up accurately. I really have no idea what I’m not remembering correctly.

You have a full-stop after the text website. Maybe try removing that.

Considering a typo.

Even the preview shows that the text says “Visit our website.” When I click on it it says that it would take me to a site and I’ve done the linking correctly. I’m at a loss here.

Oh my word! It was the dang period on the end. Thank you for pointing that bit out. It fixed it.
