There is an error on this line of code we need to fix.

bg-hex-code is id value of an HTML element.

In CSS, id selector is preceded with # character.

For example:

<h1 id="greeting">Hello, world!<h1>

The selector for the above h1 is: #greeting.

so i have to change this part document.querySelector(‘bg-hex-code’); right? i try diferent things according to what you are saying of the # character but it still doesnt work
