Hello!

You are currently trying to shift the entire function, what won’t work of course.
You are almost there, hint: since shift() automatically targets the first item in an array, maybe you don’t need anything extra with shift( )?

shift removes the first element from the inventory array and returns that removed element. so you don’t need to pass anything else.

Wow. Thanks man! It worked.
