Tell us what’s happening:

The feedback tells me to add the dollar sign before the .toFixed() call, but I seem to have it wrong. I don’t understand why.

The feedback said to add a dollar sign because they want the cart total to show in ‘dollars’.
So just add one to the immediate left of the $ you have here.
