I just don’t get it at all. I’ve tried looking at other posts but don’t know what to do.

Learn CSS Colors by Building a Set of Colored Markers - Step 14

I will not be on for the rest of the day and will respond to your messages tomorrow

The problem is the closing tag for the div marker elements its not properly aligned. Try putting the closing tags side by side.

Hello!
As stated in the previous post, there should only be one closing div below the markers.
This div is the closing div for the container.

The marker closing div should be entered right after the marker opening div.

The previous post shows how to do this.

<opening div><closing div>

You could either reset the step and try again, or you could move the three last div so there is a closing div after each marker div.

Happy coding!

Hello. Your .container and .marker elements are missing closing <div> tags. Arrange the <div>s properly and your code will run.

On top of all the comments, I will recommend to use an IDE like Visual Code so the opening and the closing tags will auto-identify themselves when you click onto either the opening or the closing tag.

Let me know if the others’ comments helped you go past the error you were stuck with @fivezies
