Learn CSS Colors by Building a Set of Colored Markers - Step 50

Tell us what’s happening:

As far as I can tell, at step 50 I am doing the linear-gradient step correctly. I have it as:

.red {
background: linear-gradient(90deg,red,green)
}

I have tried different ways to do this with hex and the rgb function, I’ve put spaces between the commas and input, I’ve restarted the challenge and tried again. Yet it is still not allowing me to pass the challenge, saying my code is incorrect. As far as I can tell this isn’t the case, but I’m new to this. Is anyone having the same issue?

Thank you for posting the code and the problem @struhs.courtney !

Inside the .red should only be the linear gradient with the 90deg. no colors should be entered in the linear gradient, yet.

I hope this helps you, as I checked it before suggesting it.

Happy coding and keep up the good progress.
