Hello.

Advice: for new post, you may describe your issue. If you tell us what is your problem, we can help you more easy. If possible, it would be nice if you could tell us what type of error this step says.

Several things:

1.- You declare bad the DOCTYPE. The correct way is <!DOCTYPE html>
2.- You don´t need the double quotes after and before initial-scale
3.- You wrote bad width=width. The correct way is width=device-width

Check your code.
