  • you’re supposed make use of its “waypoints” as in at what percentile its supposed to do what! it will be used for “animation” purpose of waving this penguin hand

lets refer to instruction

starting at 10% , and incrementing by 10% .

  • in that keyframes scope, use this by beginning with “10 percent” mark and by adding onto it by 10 percent more to it subsequently, you just leave it empty for now
