Basically, you need a line for every “color-stop”. So if you want the building to have
red for example from 0% to 50% then you would write (inside the repeating-linear-gradient definition)
red 0%,
red 50%

if you want also yellow from 50 to 60 then the lines change to
red 0%,
red 50%,
yellow 60%

etc.
