Tell us what’s happening:
I have tried mulitple ways of adding the transparent from 10% to 15%. Something is telling me I am missing something small but for the life of me I can’t figure it out. Any suggestions?

Sorry to bother you, as soon as I posted this I noticed I missed the comma after the 10%. Thanks for looking at this.
