Learn Form Validation by Building a Calorie Counter - Step 46

Tell us what’s happening:

Please help, I cannot add input on a new line. I tried \n and < br > everywhere possible :frowning:

Your code so far

function addEntry() {
  const targetInputContainer = document.querySelector(`#${entryDropdown.value} .input-container`);
  const entryNumber = targetInputContainer.querySelectorAll('input[type="text"]').length;
  const HTMLString = `
  <label for="${entryDropdown.value}-${entryNumber}-name">Entry ${entryNumber} Name</label>; \n
  <input type="text" placeholder="Name" id="${entryDropdown.value}-${entryNumber}-name"> `
}

Please copy/paste all the editor code showing in the challenge from where you just linked.

Replace these two sentences with your copied code.
Please leave the ``` line above and the ``` line below,

delete the semicolon and delete the \n, the input is already on a new line as you went to a new line with enter, there is something else in the code that is making the tests not pass
