The task is the following:

Hi, that’s right! _____ Tom McKenzie.

The correct answer should be i’m or i am. Whether i write any of those two answers, it shows me wrong answer. What i’m doing wrong?

Proper nouns always start with a capital letter, so “i’m” or “i am” wouldn’t be correct English. You will need a capital “I”.
