This step has a bug in the app, if you are using the app.

Staff and Leaders are advising to go to the next step.

If you are not using the app, the previous instructions to try submitting from a different browser could resolve the problem.

I had this problem on my desktop computer with one browser; switched to a different browser and it submitted without any problem.

Yeah, there is a problem on mobile with that same step. I remember encountering someone with that same problem
