Remember, a tag always starts with a < and ends with a >. You have removed the > from the opening p tag and then your opening a tag doesn’t have a < at the beginning.

You have also added an extra “cat photos” to the beginning of the sentence and then made that the link. You want make the existing “cat photos” at the end of the sentence a link.
