Hey! Welcome to the freeCodeCamp’s community forums.

Learning to describe the bugs or issues you’re facing is a great skill to have in a developer, it may seem hard at first, but you should at least provide a brief summary of what you are trying to accomplish and what’s the error that shows up when you try to run your code.

You can add any and all of the questions that you might have in the following section

Tell us what’s happening:

It will also make it easier for others to help you if they know the problem beforehand.

Hello! I need help to understand where to place and what to put in the anchor tag and what I need to do to the p element

Okay so the a tag is used to link webpages together. so for example if you have a webpage which when you click it, takes you to google.com. You can do something like this:

// destination-link               link text
          |                           |
<a href="https://google.com"> a link to google </a>

even though the user will only see the text a link to google and when someone clicks it, the user will be taken to the google’s website.

Here in the same way, you need to a link to https://freecatphotoapp.com with the text “cat photos” in this challenge.

Hope this helps! :smile:

Thanks for replying.But I’m sorry, I do not really understand :sweat_smile:

its okay w e can take this slowly. So do you know what nesting is and what a tag is used for?

okay, thanks. Yes, I do

The challenge expects you to nest an a tag inside of a p tag. The text inside of the p tag should be “Click here to view more” and the text inside of the a tag needs to be “cat photos”. So the whole sentence becomes “Click here to view more cat photos.” where
“cat photos” is a clickable link with an href of https://freecatphotoapp.com.
