Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 12

Tell us what’s happening:
uhh im stuck in this ____ You can see the words cat photos underlined next to the image in the preview now. That’s your link; feel free to give it a click. In the text of your p element, turn the words cat photos into a link to https://freecatphotoapp.com . When you are done, remove the old anchor tag and text below the paragraph.

i changed the text of p to cat photos and deleted the whole line below it which is cat photos and it doesnt work

should i just removed the and leave the others or add href=link to the p element?

im new in programming so please have mercy on me thanks

  **Your code so far**
<html>
<body>
  <h1>CatPhotoApp</h1>
  <main>
    <h2>Cat Photos</h2>
    <!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos -->
    <p>cat photos</p>
    <a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">cat photos</a>
    <img src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/cat-photo-app/relaxing-cat.jpg" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back.">
  </main>
</body>

You removed most of the text inside the p element. You don’t want to do that. I would restart the step to get the original HTML back. Then, in the p element, you don’t want to remove any text. You only want to turn the words “cat photos” in that text into a link. You would do this the same way you turned the words “cat photos” into a link below the p element, by surrounding them with the a tags.
