There is a way to bug the code through this step. If an admin could take a look at this. By adding <p> to the beginning of line
<a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">cat photos</a>” and </p> to the end it will let you pass without the proper syntax. If you view the code below you will see how its done.

Remember always read the instructions and code very carefully. You just have missed the dot (.) after photos, but write it outside the anchor element.

Thanks but I know how to write the code. If you read my post you will see there is a way to bypass step 12 without the proper code. I show how to do this in the original post

It is weird but it could be intentional because a lot of people have the dot problem in this step. No sure.
