Yes, I have .
There is paragraph and I should change it to the link by adding but the error says I should omitted href value, so what should I do?

couple of options.
1- go back to steps 10-11 and review how to make an anchor tag then try step 12 again.
2- try to look at the 2nd line quoted here. It is correctly formed.
Compare it to your new anchor tag which is not. See if you can determine the differences and fix them.

(My vote is to go back to step 10-11 again as making proper links is very important…)
