I have tried it both with the bottom a text link and without, it appears it does work and it does what it is asked (cat photos leads to a link), however it says I did not pass the challenge,

Try to reset the code and this time write the anchor only inside the paragraph element. (Do not modify any other lines)

Also make sure that you write the period outside the anchor so that only cat photos is made into a link (no dot)
