You seem to have erased most of the sentence that was inside the paragraph element.
Therefore click on the Restart Step button to get all the code back to the initial state then:

Notice in the preview pane area that the paragraph element is showing as plain text like this:

What they are asking you to do is use an anchor element to turn the last 2 words into a link so the effect will be like so:

Click here to view more cat photos.

Make sure you do not delete anything this time. Just add the anchor tags.
