So change your code accordingly.

I can read the instructions. I am not sure about what words or phrases in the instructions are confusing you?

How many times are the words ‘cat photos’ on this line?
They must only be there once but I see them twice.

I am confuse where is anchors etc.
This is not valid syntax. I’d go back to the code you had before.
This was close but needed two words removed.
This pair is the anchor element.

as Jeremy mentioned, you don’t need to add another ‘cat photos’
You just need to make the original one into a link.
I wrote this post also about how to make links, see if it helps
Many people struggle with making an html link for the first time when that link is enclosed within a paragraph element. (Such as in step 12 of the cat photo app).
