Hello there,

<a> element kinda wraps anything to link.
The task asks you to “wrap” a particular phrase and make it a link.

an example would be like you already have done above with the “link to cat pictures”

<p> Babbiti Buppi Bla bla <a href="www.URL.com">Boom Boom </a></p>
