i have issues with my step 12 i dont get the arrangement can you please help me out

First, reset the task.
Find the text that reads cat photos, and then wrap an anchor element around it with the instructed attribute and value, like this;
<a href="value goes here"> text that needs to be wrapped by the anchor element </a>

If you are stuck, try to understand first that the objective here is to make the words cat photos originally given in the paragraph to become clickable.

That means you should not be typing the words “cat photos” again. Rather you should use an anchor element to nest around the words already given at the start of this step.
