This isn’t quite how you create a link.

Look at how you turned the words link to cat pictures into a link:

<a href ="https://freecatphotoapp.com">link to cat pictures</a>

Do you see how you added an opening a tag just before those words and a closing a tag just after those words. That’s how you turn any group of words into a link, including the words cat photos in the middle of the p element.
