Links usually go somewhere. You tell them where to go using the href attribute. Look at the first link you made with the link text “link to cat pictures”. Do you see how you used the href attribute to tell the link to go to https://freecatphotoapp.com. You need to do the same thing to the link you are creating for “cat photos”.

Also, you should not have a space between the opening a tag and the word “cat”.
