Do these a tags look like the ones you created for the link below the p element?

You are basically being asked to do the same thing you did to the words “link to cat pictures”, but instead to the words “cat photos” in the p element.

The syntax of turning text into a link is surrounding your text with opening and closing <a> tags. To provide the address of the page you want to link to you put the href attribute with a value of your address in the opening a tag. Then btw your opening and closing a tags goes the text which you want to be turned into a link.
example of a paragraph with a link to pizza :
<p>I love<a href=“https://pizza.com>pizza</a> tons</p>
