Instead of creating a link called ‘link to cat photos’ you want the words ‘cat photos’ that are in the paragraph provided at the beginning of the step to turn into a link for viewing cat photos. Reset this step so that you have the original paragraph back. Then place your a tags inside the actual paragraph so that they surround only the words ‘cat photos’ and the rest of the text comes before/after.
Ex of paragraph containing link:
