I see your mistake. You’re supposed to wrap the words “cat photos” around an anchor element like this

<a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/html-a-tag-anchor-link-href-example/">My wrapped text in an anchor example</a> 

Please make it more clear, i dont understand.

<a cat photos ><a/>
should look more like
<a href="link_for_the_website">Cat photos or any other text</a>

You need to put the text you want displayed in between the opening and the closing tag
<a> text goes here </a>
