Challenge: Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 12

Link to the challenge:

Hello!

Remove any unnecessary spaces, and the one before the closing anchor.
The closing anchor is not correct.

compared to the correct one

Happy coding!:slight_smile:

You will not pass this step unless the p element is all on one line. Do not add line breaks in it.

still not working

<html>
  <body>
    <main>
      <h1>CatPhotoApp</h1>
      <h2>Cat Photos</h2>
      <!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos -->
            <p>See more<a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">cat photos.</a>in our gallery.</p>
      <a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">link to cat pictures</a>
      <img src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/cat-photo-app/relaxing-cat.jpg" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back.">
    </main>
  </body>
</html>

Suggestion:

Reset the step and enter the anchor, but without adding any exta spaces, nor pushing the enter. You have the right way to do it. The closing anchor error we all have done at some point.

If you reset the step, and get the provided p element text, then, only enter the anchor with the opening one touching the text cat and the closing one touching the text photos. Leaving a space after the closing anchor, it should pass for you.
