remove white space in there and in the :

cat photos </a>

text should be close to brackets

Here you gave a gud trial.

Kindly remove the whitespace after href because its not a right way to do.

Second there should not be extra space after your closing anchor tag

As stated in both the previous posts, there is a space before the closing anchor that needs to be removed to pass this step.
