You shouldn’t modify the second line at all.
You have the right idea for the first line, but the anchor tags should enclose only the text ‘cat photos’, being mindful that any spaces before or after this text should be outside of the anchor tags. (For instance there should be a space after ‘See more’ before the opening anchor tag but no space inside the anchor tag before the word ‘cat’).

It’s probably quickest to hit the Reset button, to restore the starting code and then add your anchor tags again.
