Here is the excellent example provided for this step.
Before the anchor was added to it I think it read, <p>I think freeCodeCamp is great!"</p>
Once the anchor has been added it appears as the example:
<p>I think <a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org">freeCodeCamp</a> is great.</p>
The first thing to notice is that nothing is changed, deleted or added to the p statement.
Only the anchor tags have been added before and after the text freeCodeCamp to turn it into a link.
Notice how it is touching the text on both sides.
This is how cat photos should be turned into a link while remaining within the p element statement.
Rememeber to add the provided href to the opening anchor
