I suggest viewing the example that is provided in the step.
With the exception of the text being different, along with the url, the way to add the anchor around the cat photos while nothing else is changed within the p element is very clear, I think.
If you note, the anchor is touching on both sides, without any spaces, and as mentioned, the complete sentence remains within the p element. No extra spaces have been added, or deleted.
