You don’t need the second line at all.
The href attribute goes in the opening anchor tag, and the link text (cat photos) goes between the opening and closing tags.
Also, no need for quotation marks around the link text.
If you’re having trouble understanding the syntax, it may be a good idea to study first, then apply your knowledge to the project.
I went through the tutorial on w3schools first, super simple and beginner-friendly. Now I’m working on projects here and everything makes sense because I had a good base to start with.
It doesn’t have too be w3 - tutorials on mdn, videos here or on yt, whatever works for you.
The whole process is gonna take a bit longer but the end result is way better if you use multiple resources.
